Meeting Rooms, Banquet Rooms and Business Center

We would like to make planning your next Michigan meeting, reunion, conference, party  or other event as pleasant as we can.  We have a business center and offer 3 large conference and banquet rooms; the Fireside Room, the Belgian Room and the Back Forty Meeting Room. In addition we have large great rooms and fireplace rooms that are smaller or more intimate including our Swan Room in a woodsy sun room setting. We have several large dining rooms. There are also any number of cozy sitting areas around our various buildings including outdoor gazebos, a chapel, an outdoor church area, large and small arbors and more. We have some of the best front porches in Michigan!

Enjoy the warm decor and conference room surroundings that you would expect at the Shack. The Fireside Conference Room or the Belgian Conference Room, named in honor of our favorite draft horses, will more than adequately meet the needs of your next meeting. We have a large, covered outdoor pavilion, called the O’Hay Corral, with picnic table seating for seasonal corporate and family picnics and other outdoor services. A kitchen and restrooms are attached to this facility. We also feature several large dining rooms at The Shack.

We can create a unique combination of rooms and views to keep your meetings and conferences, marriage and couples retreats or church retreats, scrap booking weekends,  family reunions and other events enjoyable as well as productive.

Conferences, Retreats, Meetings & Events

The Fireside Conference Room will seat up to 24 people. The Belgian Conference Room will seat up to 100 people comfortably.  We have other sitting rooms and meetings rooms and will be able to pick just the right room for your banquet, meeting,  party, scrap booking event, shower or other events.
